01Midjourney: Design the characters and location plates in Midjourney.
02Nano Banana: Edit the plates, build anchor frames and turn the characters into turnaround sheets with Nano Banana.
03Claude: Keep the story bible, refs and every prompt in one place, with a Claude agent writing prompts to house rules.
04Seedance: Generate mostly 30-second multi-shot takes in Seedance 2.5 (via Segmind) and let the model handle framing and camera.
05ElevenLabs: Record the narration and run it through ElevenLabs speech-to-speech.
06Premiere Pro: Cut selects in Premiere Pro at 720p with no upscaling, and add music from Artlist.

Stated result847 takes, 127 used"847 takes generated, mostly 30-second multi-shot prompts, over 5 hours of footage. 127 clips made the cut. About $4.5k in generation, four weeks from first take to publish.". As stated by the creator, not verified.
